Great work culture and environment Seniors are supportive.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year .

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

The job is quite interesting.l got a chance to wear multiple hates that helped me geta taste of different roles within the same team.

Aarvee Associates is one of the fastest growing company having completed many projects and being the part of this the one of good thing I have experienced. I developed my soft skills under my current project

Dislikes

Although Aarvee is a huge firm having great number of employees working under many projects but in my particular project, I didn't get any appraisal till date. The HR Dept assured that the appraisal will be provided in April/May but till December I haven't received any appraisal letter. Being a off roll employee, there seems to be very less chances for the career growth in this company.

Work Details

I feel that my job profile has been quite boring after being transferred from filed to Office. In filed, the was learning and earning some executional skills but after coming to office, all i am asked to do is to prepared reports and other non tech work.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
