The only good thing is job security—employees are not removed unless the company is losing money.

1. Freshers from IITs and NITs should not join—this company is not a good career choice. 2. Very poor work-life balance—employees struggle to manage personal time. 3. Unrealistic work pressure—mid-level employees (Designers and CAD professionals) are forced to work late nights (even until 1:00 AM) because managers do not plan work properly. 4. Leaving the office at 6:00–6:30 PM after finishing work is not accepted—management thinks the employee has no work. 5. Toxic work culture—If employees leave before their managers, it hurts the managers' ego. As a result, they intentionally assign extra work around 5:00–6:00 PM or just before closing time to force employees to stay late. 6. Bad planning and scheduling—Project managers do not set proper deadlines, leading to unnecessary pressure. 7. Unfair salary hikes—People who praise managers get better raises, while hardworking and skilled employees are ignored. 8. Blame game—If a project is delayed, mid-level employees take all the blame instead of managers, even though the delay happens due to poor coordination. 9. No skill development—Employees do the same tasks again and again, with no opportunity to learn new things. 10. Company simply entertains the technical team with good salaries & no proper performance evaluation from the irrigation division, all the people simply works as their wish, the rest department hr, admin , accounts they treat like a slave.

They give promotion to the person who is golu (character from Mirzapur 2) of their boss. Person on post like Deputy Chief Resident Engineer scrolls Instagram reels whole day and 'golu' handles the site and mployees. 'Golu' enjoys the power of Deputy Chief Resident Engineer like approving timesheets, leaves, handle mails.

Work-life balance is perfect in this company. You cannot get work from home. Whatever work you do should be done in office. It's the best part.

Dislikes

Architecture team is worst. They don't see the hierarchy of employees. Managers does nothing dump all works on interns. They give lot of importance to NIT Graduates even though they just manage things. Even according to salary hierarchy so much politics will be involved.

I liked working under my line manager of Hyderabad office who are quite cooperative and helpful.

Upper Management is not promising. In my case Regional Director - North (Delhi office) has promised false commitment during retention effort on my resignation but couldn't fulfill. However, in the second instance when i resign he forcefully terminate my services without any basis to it.
