I found some great people like Dr.Sailesh sir,Dr.Amar sir.....and a good sister Upasana....there is no job security...Admin staff though there is no respect for Dentist.....they don't care how good Dentist you are..the person who is main at Aarogyam don't know even how to talk with Doctor...worst experience ever.

Chairman sir listened every single problem personally and try to rectify it, he gave respect to every staff personally.

management is much poor, having ego problem, always try to show to chairman that whatever is going good here is just becoz of management but it is actually opposite. And whatever is going bad they show that fault of other dan management. Chairman sir listened every single point of every staff but he is having more faith in management.
