Only thing I believe this company offers in ample is to stick to just supervising job and not indulge in other activities. The salary and advance payments have been made on the right time until now. Only dissatisfaction is that the salary scale and PPE provided.

Only dissatisfaction is that the salary scale and PPE provided is very poor. Compensations aren't pretty great too. No major improvement in the career and also official designation.

The management has done it's part to make sure there's a good rapport between workers and supervisors. Not much of workload is given. It's a company within it's own confined rules and makes most of workforce and also sometimes challenges safety.
