Working in Aarin Healthcare was fine up until we worked for the client who trained us for an EVBV process. The work flow was upto our limits but once the client left and some other person take over things change drastically. No consistency in work, no limited working hour ( organization were expecting us to for 12hr without OT ), non achievable targets. Aarin HealthCare LLP is a single man based very small company, actually not even company, it's a small set up, having max 10-12 employees including Imran Omer and Iti Omer they are the founder. They don't provide any appoint letter and pay slip. After 6-7 months they start deduction from salary whoever having salary more than 28Ktake home. Moreover, there is no PF facility, If anyone ask for the reason they says this is the actual salary they offer and when asked for pay slip and appointment letter to relate the details, they delaying the things and give irrelevant excuses, even sometime they start abusing.
