To every engineering aspirant it's a place to loose confidence and your worth every passing day. Every step of procurement is closely observed by (MD) yet he can blame you of forgery or Fraud. •I don't know what to add more so you could take any other possible job! But my dear friend don't come to this hell.

What's Poor: •Management Skills of (MD) •Company Structure (Hierarchy) •Sallary to work ratio •Foul / Demeaning language used by Sumit Suneja •Egoistic and Self obsessed mentality of the (MD) Nearly 50yr Old MD thinks he is a Generation Z!, as he will claim only his English is excellent (Harvard Certified) and everyone else just don't know how to use English Alphabets. Don't get trapped in the sweet talks of MD. He is giving you the job just to pass his time. Because he has no one else to pass his time. MD is not concerned with business development or profit loss of the company. If someone does not believe in these things then somehow get a review from the plant staff before joining. If someone wants to face abuse and become unemployed then only he should come here for a job....Read More

The company owner ( MD- SUMIT SUNEJA) will make you join by talking sweetly. Then he will fire you in 2-4 months. He is mentally disturbed, meaning he has gone completely mad. He enjoys doing all this. He has no one in his family. And he has no respect for anyone's family. He likes to abuse the staff (abuse their mother, father, sister). Every month at least 20-25 people are fired and join. If anyone does not believe these things, then before joining, somehow get a review from the plant people. All the work of the company (labor, staff salary, material plan, motor rewind, tea, sugar, canteen rice) is done by the MD only. God forbid that no one gets trapped in this job....Read More
