I enjoy working at Aapka Painter because of the teamwork, diverse projects, and the chance to help customers transform their spaces with quality service.

Dislikes

One major dislike is the lack of job security since Pidilite invested in the company. Many employees feel uncertain about their future as there seems to be a shift in priorities and structure. This uncertainty can make it challenging to stay fully motivated and confident in long-term career growth with the organization.
