Nothing My this review is about Akash Lucknow, they are opportunistic. they put us on leave without pay at the worst time. everything was sudden. All teachers were given two option go on leave without pay or give resignation latter. I was forced to give resignation without any notice p eriod. I had to travel by road to my home town (which is 500 km from Lucknow) with my family there was no trains during lockdown. Please do not join such organization. Thank you....Read More

Except my Branch Manager(Ahmedabad), nobody was there to support. only run for numbers(on worst lead data) culture there. If you don't have sale, senior will directly tell you to resign immediately WITH ANY NOTICE PERIOD. THIS IS MAIN SUPPORT THEY GIVING YOU THROUGH COVID-19 LOCKDOWN. Compensation is good as work pressure because there is only one policy RUN FOR NUMBERS. Working hours - Minimum 12 hours/day. (Acceptable) Instead of guiding on your mistakes OR lack of skills, seniors always looking for numbers. They want sale(Accepted), but number were not happened d ue to NON-PROTENTIAL DATA(Leads hi nahi he). Do you think that team of 12-15 people(most off them are holding very good experience) do only 3-4 lacs of business on whole months. and senior folks says "Its will issue"(are bhai, yuddh me bhej raha he to hathiyaar to de). There is no Practice training. Many of my collogue are sole-earner in their family, Can you think there is WILL ISSUES with them? In leads most off were 8 to 10 months old leads and Gujarati(Irrelevant) leads also. Atlast they force to do REFERANCE SALE.(What!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!,,yes because upar se leads hi nahi aa rahi). At last, if you have less numbers(Sale/Business/Revenue) in your bucket, they will directly tells you for resign in 15 mins OR you will get Termination latter just a minute after it.(I have call record for it as a proof). and once you resign, they will wave your NOTICE PERIOD from system. The company gave me an opportunity to solve its quality question bank. The questions had a lot of variety and hence my subject matured during my journey with Aakash. The AIATS series of tests are the real deal , and giving them regularly would definitely increase the marks of the students. Apart from that the Salary always came on time.

1.) Apart from academics, there was a lot of pressure on the faculties for student conversion. We had to call the passing out (12th class) and dropper students, and beg them for rejoining. This deteriorated the brand name a lot, as lot of parents became abusive during the calls 2.) During the leaves the Academic Heads, under the inst ruction of Assistant Directors made sure that the faculties took the classes on time. The faculties didn't get mental peace for a single day even though they were on leave 3.) The bigger the organization, the rarer are the quality employees. The same goes with Aakash Institute, the center runs on goodwill rather than good academics. Maximum power has been vested with AHs, ADs , SADs and RDs, who as far as I interacted only got those positions as they felt themselves weak at academics. All the academic decisions took by them had little strength and no vision at all. I saw the heads shouting at the faculties for getting average results. Rather than telling them how things could have been improved, all I saw was shouting, shouting and shouting(Though no one ever shouted at me, I felt bad for other people). It was the major reason I decided to leave as I wanted career growth, and how could clueless people give me an idea how to get a career growth. According to them career growth only meant getting a management position in Aakash 4.) The course duration for the courses was very less(every course) and hence it was very very difficult to teach with love and passion. All the time the faculty thinks of how to complete a course real fast. Such pressure always compromises with the quality of the delivery. A faculty has to deal with a lot of batches, and he practically cant improve the scores of a single batch as time is less 5.) For leaves everyone had to fight out, maximum employees had almost all the leaves saved in their piggybank as leaves weren't approved easily 6.)
