AESL thou a world largest EdTech firm as they claimed, they are equally the world largest bureaucratic firm with majority of the top manpower in their 50s-60s with a complicated hierarchy. A highly toxic environment firm where people are confused with whose whom work and you need appointments even to meet your managers. Their corporate office particularly is not less than a jail where people are not monitored only while going washrooms and inter departments believe in breathing on daily politics. Esp for few joiners the existing manpower numbers tried their best to plot things to make their numbers with head till they left the organization. People sitting in cabins plan how to spent the day as they ideally as nothing to do than enjoying side talks and humiliating the team members. HR team works in different worlds where they are not even aware what's happening with the employees and praise themselves with a paid certificate of Best places to work. A total failed working environment with no values and system. You need Yes boss character to survive. If ByJus really wish to become profitable they ideally should remove 70% of the current senior positions as they are doing time pass only and playing with others career....Read More

I saw girls are being harassed at work place by seniors and their seniors. Girls and students are unsafe at all levels in aakash educational services since jc chaudhary and aakash chaudhary don't take action on such serious matter.
