Work culture is not at all flexible, employee care is not there, less salary with lots of work pressure, bad management from the top superiors, No motivation especially from Biji the Regional Branch Head of trivandrum as he always praises only the top performers

It just a platform to help students to achieve their dreams.

Dislikes

The only dislike about Aakash Institute, Amravati centre is the Branch Head Pritam Patil. Sometimes I don't understand how a corporate can hire such people who make female employees unsecure and unsafe. No girl is safe at all around him. He blinks eyes to girls. And when someone speaks against him, he takes out grudges and higher authorities also support him.
