Very toxic culture in branches of Aakash institute.Every company is good but who are working here thery are not good

Everything is dislike .I joined company before one year ago and my performance also was great in 1 year journey.But after joined ABM ops at Patiala branch he treated like us a gulam.He is cheapest person interm of female i have never ever seen in my life.His last compay flipkart fired him due to his behaviour .He planned with Bm of branch for sudden transfer to other branch due to he did not like to me because I am a good working employee but he is a big politician.His behaviour was very bad and he was showing good himself in front of seniors .Every time he planned for me with Branch manager .Very cheap culture and no one listen downline team voice in this company.He is taking eyes on female every time....Read More

Months ago many people were fired from digital and no one was taken back but Noman is back with high salary bz he is brother of Faruk. Sahnabaj and Mohsin again joined bcz they are his people. No hindu is permitted to join back.

I worked in AST Janakpuri (call center) // salaries are good and on time because its in the hands of upper management No work life balance because you have to stretch your shifts to complete your target even they make female counsellor stay-back till 8:30 Good Job security is there but due to pressure people are leaving on their own This company never asks you to leave instead they create an environment targeting you and calling you in managers room on alternative days so that you will get fed up and leave Nothing to learn same create leads convert them they will impose new rule in every 2-3 days from quality head and make you confused then they will find your NC and boom now you won’t get your incentives They calls their employees in office on holidays because they do not have permission for WFH i guess and they even work from home on holi and diwali Employee agrees to work for OT then they have conditions of 3hr talk time with no data And employee who do not agree they will make them come by forcing that you are tenure company needs you company provided you leave when you wanted If you go and ask for leave they will straight away deni so take UL And here in AST they promote on basis of your religion if you are muslim than you’ll be promoted in the 2nd year of your working there Someone just go and have a look there in AST Janakpuri their relatives are more recruited who don’t know how to explain “My Self” // don’t know english // they eat “gutka” in office premises// there oral hygiene is worst// they spit in lifts and on mats inside office and nobody asks them the reason Such kind of people’s are their in the system So please if you want to join Aakash do join in Noida or anywhere you want but not for AST Janakpuri Thank You...Read More

Office politics is worst in Aakash. People in hierarchy get good pay and appraisal but the faculty do not get anything. If there's any govt holiday given , they will make you work from home You will get plenty of leaves but not approved

Sincerity fund criteria is not satisfactory. As due to very serious condition in my family I left my job from AESL before cometion of 2 year tenure (i did there 1 year and 4 months job). I left AESL with one month prior notice, but still I didn't get sincerity find. No dues already done in april month of 2024. It will be good if company will provide me sincerity fund.
