9 hours.. it's 11am-8pm. Unable to give family time. Too much stress - rather than teaching all unnecessary tasks have to complete during certain timing. -Like calling parents fortnightly is unnecessary. - Invigilation in every exams - There's no place to sit in the office - If one task is completed, A.H line up another task which have no use for students or for me as well. - Management needs help in every way to council new parents to take addmission. There no time fix for council, parent comes mgmt calls... - washroom are too ugly - Insects( cockroach, bugs), lizard and rats are there makes place unhigenic. - Management and admins have no manners. And last but not least, It was my dream job but now I'm done with this....Read More
