No Growth Less flexible Too much discipline Less leaves quota, less public holidays,6 days working with fixed timing shifts. Too much autocracy. No work culture Too much politics. Fake recruitment promises. Limited learning and growth. Very bad HR and Head. Very hard bond. 24 hrs CCTV recording. No engagements with employees.

Too much hectic. No work life balance. Too much boring. Huge leadership issues.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Hi everyone, i need suggestion . I got laid off in December because of the manpower optimization. And in March begining Ijoined company and it is a very toxic . Should I continue till i get any good opportunities or i should leave this company and atart looking for other opportunity. Please suggest.
