Aakash removed old Branch Managers and recruited Branch Managers from the bank sector, now the bank sector managers did not know the education sector works. Company is now making pressure on Employee. Employee is now leaving the Aakash.

Work Details

Three years passed very well. The team supported a lot. Slowly slowly the team was fired. I was alone without the team. I felt bad with the wrong behavior of the Branch Manager. I applied for transfer request to the company but no hearing was done......

Insufficient workers in Admin. It's a corporate branch so never consider us a human.as to work like a robot.More than 9.5hrs work without rest. Multiple works
