Environment is nice and also the work culture,cant say its very good but satisfactory. Job is secured and hierchy is maintained. I have got a good senior so didn't feel anything bad. Overall experience is good.

Dislikes

There will be no personal life, you will get phone calls on your week offs. Week offs are frequently changed as per the convenience of your supervisor. Personal life will be hampered. They expect you will always be available when they need you and there is no work segregation, you will have to do everything and anything.

Work Details

Work is kinda boring, no travelling, no general meeting. Lack of corporate culture.

The work culture at Aakash Institute is quite professional. You are respected at each level. One learns a lot each passing day. Trainings, updations, latest softwares everything is available to employees. The organization is very transparent to its employees and policies. Branch to branch favoritism/groupism varies but its everywhere and you need to ignore it. The Only thing that is important, If you are honest towards your work, your organization none can do anything bad to you. Employees feedback is taken from time to time and is worked out. Salary is always on time, competitive and lively environment. Work is not monotonous to be at Aakash Institute. You learn everything. You get little family time as compared to other organizations. The person who has worked at Aakash Institute will always cherish the time spent here. Its a lifelong learning if you keep working at Aakash Institute and that's what we should strive for!
