Very toxic culture in branches of Aakash institute.Every company is good but who are working here thery are not good

Everything is dislike .I joined company before one year ago and my performance also was great in 1 year journey.But after joined ABM ops at Patiala branch he treated like us a gulam.He is cheapest person interm of female i have never ever seen in my life.His last compay flipkart fired him due to his behaviour .He planned with Bm of branch for sudden transfer to other branch due to he did not like to me because I am a good working employee but he is a big politician.His behaviour was very bad and he was showing good himself in front of seniors .Every time he planned for me with Branch manager .Very cheap culture and no one listen downline team voice in this company.He is taking eyes on female every time....Read More

i want to tell every one who wants to join aakash educational services limited , in this company not good so far bcoz i work with aakash last 5 yr and 2 month , in marketing nobody bother about your values and company ,and any problem heppend with you, work culture is very poor , no one respect to seniors, if company decide to terminates you he done,no values matters for company, job security is zero in this company, every one is politician in this company i want also tell you every seniors of this company wants from your side like as servant. your salary growth also depend on your seniors no involvement company on this , all are Corrupts in this company , Companies director listen only seniors they no listen employee problems....Read More

I am taking care all the responsibility of marketing department , conducting seminars in schools, Meeting with school Principle, and school teachers for our annual anthe exam enrolments, data base maximize ,also doing Promotions Activities in school
