Company aapko hire krke induction ke time pe bolti hai aapko pura support milega but there is no employee care no job security, I was working at NIT faridabad branch and branch manager was ramesh mishra and senior manager Akash Motwani, dono hamesha sabko dhamki dete hai job se nikal dene ki and is company ki HR bht bekar hai, resignation pe they don't even call you to ask about ur problem and manager counsellors ko abuse krta hai, planning krta hai job se nikalne ki.
