Work culture is not good for every employee. 3 Months Badd employee ko Nikal Diya jataa hai or Fir New employee ko company requirements krti hai fir 3 Months Bad fir sa us ko nikal detaa hai , work time 9am to 9pm tak hota hai eak vi din week off nhi milta hai

Bad work enviroment and culture.teammates are supportive but the management is so bad behaviours.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good but brance maneger not follow the policies.

There is a lot of politics and the management dosen't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is very slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joiness. And there is a lot of misbehave with the employees
