I have resigned 2 months ago due to relocation. first They transferred me to Bilaspur and after few days they transferred me to Kanpur UP and I Refused to relocate due to family reasons they said kindly resign If you didn't relocate then I resigned and they sent me a demand notice of 19388/- kindly help me with this. they also forced me for resignation and said you are not able to work. so how can I serve my notice period.
