Salary is on 30th of every month without any exception. During covid-19 many faculties getting terminated and they are giving false excuse that your questions not upto mark, grammar mistake bla blah. Good for freshers as you are under huge pressure to improve yourself.

Read carefully before joining here, you may regret later. Absolutely no job security nor job satisfaction. Academic head, senior acad head all are ready to torture you at any slightest possible chance. Also they are highly pompous people because all of them earning more than IAS officers just teaching ncert. In foundation division there is rampant termination, medical and engineering rampant transfer and termination both. Students are treated like customers so they are pampered in such a way that if you even scold someone they will write negative feedback which can face you warning letter. Their system is such that only ncert book you can finish, nothing extra you can teach. So anyone having a mouth and two legs can teach in Aakash. Which is why they recruit and terminate people in a matter of a day. Even if you are not fired, seeing your colleagues getting fired your work ethics will go down, students will ask you where is that teacher and you are not supposed to mention his/her name to anyone anymore. In short it is the most toxic place to work. Did I mention that you are not allowed to use mobile in office time of 9 hours? The institution is one of the best with good working atmosphere and plenty to learn

Dislikes

The people managing at the local level treat the institute as their fiefdom and the teachers as serf. Not all but I dont have a good xperience. There r few at the institute who dont deserve being there but r at the helm and they speak about teaching skills but r poor in their subject.
