In call center if you belong to certain community them you are king. Else you life is hell. HOD favours his people only. Months ago many people were fired from digital and no one was taken back but Noman is back with high salary bz he is brother of Faruk. Sahnabaj and Mohsin again joined bcz they are his people. No hindu is permitted to join back.

Arrogant and irritating Branch Managers and Academicians . With these people at hand the business is definitely going to be closed . Academic staff feel like they are the ones who run the company. Needs lots of restructuring both in policies and in Sops.

Too much politics. Management is very partial and they only promote their favourite employees and specially those who are Muslim. There are many tls who can’t pronounce a sentence properly but they are handling team😅 are there are also few agents who are very much deserving but they don’t give them chance .
