When I was working my team was good and work culture was also very good.

Dislikes

From last few months there is modification in management/higher authorities. Now the work culture is very poor and suffocating. Initially they pay the salary timely, however, after few months they delay the payment by saying insufficient money. Then pay partial salary, this way the unpaid salary increases and when one's due salary reached about Rs 50000/- the management expels the employee by creating any reason. Finally they do not the pay the remaining salary. I am facing the same problem....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
