I joined the IT team as a fresher, direct placement from my college but the HR team provided a ice breaking session during my first week. This ice breaking sessions helped me a lot to overcome the nervousness and connect smoothly in the team.

Dislikes

There are certain things to improve. 1) Reporting to management can be done more smoothly. 2) Laptops provided to the employees can be improved.

Prior to joining AAJ I have 3 years of work experience in Flipkart - Logistics Department. I joined AAJ in 2022 and till now it has been approximately 2.5 years. I joined AAJ as warehouse manager and since then have been promoted to senior manager. I have directly reporting to CEO and she is extremely knowledgeable and polite.

Dislikes

Management can improve the learning opportunities for freshers so that they can have smooth learning curve once join the company.

Being a software engineer and working in a hardcore operations company is something i never expected with my career. I joined aaj thinking in mind that once the job market improves i will switch the job into some IT company. But its been more than 2 years since i am working in aaj and work culture is so much better as compared to hustle culture IT companies i earlier worked with.

Nothing .but salary is on time that's the only thing .

1. They have so called MT period if there is demand like in peak season they will hire you and if there is no demand then they will not even you have work hard and dedicated towards organisation. 2.The location is so outskirts of the city it's resembles the same as in panchayat web series. No safety . 3.This is the first organisation I have seen where if you deduct your pf you also have to give employer contribution. 4. Aaj Enterprises management Team should be in politics even they can win it. 5. It's a typical LALA company. If you are a corporate person you can't survive 6. Sometimes on peak season you have to work 17-18 hrs day to nights shifts 7. Please if there is no job left in the whole world than you can join this company. 8. No cafeteria, No Ac's, even sometimes no chair to sit , bring your own blower in winters to survive ....Read More

Nothing, management is so partial.. they have 2-3 employee as favourite and give all the benifits to them only and neglect the other employees hard work.

Dislikes

To avoid increment and appraisal they replace old employees and hire the fresher in place of them ..with 0%job security. They don't even follow the legal basic rule to satisfy the employee. HR are in influence of manager and they don't listen wheather you are talking logical and not clear your greviences, work pressure.. they even push to work for late night and if you can't do then they will take action....Read More

The company fosters a flat hierarchy enabling open communication with everyone including the senior leadership team. Additionally the exposure to cross functional team is exceptional offering valuable opportunities for collaboration and learning

workplace environment is very supportive especially my colleagues. Perks of providing insurance for me and my family is very nice.

WFH is not provided to junior employees is something I don't like. Only senior employees are provided with 4 WFH per month.
