No Job Security at all, work culture is disgusting, in the name of appraisal company provideds 1000 increment p.m. No paid leaves, casual or seek leaves allowed, Company Management makes lots of manipulation and fake commitments to achieve their personal goals by using employees and gives unfair remuneration for the target's achieved. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. No motivation no good Salary growth no on job training no proper division of work no facilities to employees
