Working at aagna global solutions is good. Colleagues are Good . Environment is Good. It is a night shift. They conduct the interviews in evening time from Monday to Friday. Basic English is enough to communicate. 5 working days in a week is good. they provide us good incentives.

Dislikes

It is a semi-voice process so you don't have to talk anything and when you go outside it did not helps much to improve carer. The Basic salary is too much low and they just offer you 8500 basic pay. They say that Salary will be given at the 10th of every month but they take 15 to 17th of every month to pay the salaries it is a big issue there because everyone needs to pay hostel fees and room rents etc.. and they need money on time. If they fail to pay salary on time employees will feel difficult and irritated for working. They will take work lightly....Read More

Aagna is basically good place to work with. It's a place with beautiful set up and well organized... No much pressure... Easy to learn and they have great management to train the agents n maintain the performance on track... Just that the agents need little more of motivation and I also like the employee re-hire policy here as they get another chance to prove themselves...

I personally feel that they should have RnR on monthly basis and have more fun Fridays etc

Work pressure is high cz of some manger but not every manger den management don't care to workess cz proper date don't give salary in everymonth salary was delay Sum time management ask suggestions & workess also give suggestions but still workess suggestions will not working on it
