AAFT University has a great work culture with salaries always on time. The team is supportive and the higher authorities are approachable and encouraging. There is a wealth of opportunities to learn and grow, specially if you approach your work with open mind.

System unabl to undrstand Aprasl all same, disaponted. Satrday not req. ed busy in politics nd demotivting meetng all to join. When i skipd his meting, got poor tretmnt like his slave. Hr r kidz. Low prformr wrked for years with gud salry- conectn wid dirctr. I mis my deprtmnt and colegues but wil nevr come wid such aprasal and dirctr.

New good initiative for faculties Events Seniors

Averge Appraisal same for all, no matter how much you work. Ajay kumar and his politics, fake talks, depression in his meetings, criticises even ceo and founders. Earlier, all was well with lesser holidays Now, all well with worst E. Director. Saturday not required still had to come. Events done are not academic.
