I joined in Aadhar in 2017/June Now seven years completed One of the very safest place in work. In covid period - Company taking care in every moment. We can easily talk to all the HODs if we needed. Now I got ESOP also.Very Happy.

Heavy pressure This financial year i unable to perform well due to so many reasons.So the last five months very poor business did. So i submit my resignation.Now I am in notice period.Really I am going to miss one of the very strongest, safest NBFCs.

Saurabh Seth is cheater and he has no good skill and talking of way is not good . He has corrupted person and Taslim Gazi is HR Head in AHFL was support to him and Saurabh Seth has given the loan to the Customer . I joined there March 2023.I don't get, proper sales training,even in the 3rd day of joining i informed to go the open market and leafleting without any speech..They don't provide a team..I logged in 1 file but that is rejected because the branch manager is unable to approve that file,and this is the reason why my connector getting dissatisfied on me and behave very badly...Firstly they need only experienced people who give them business..I am a MBA person I don't deserve this job..They don't know how to talk with a woman.. Now after six months, training manager came and give us a physical training and now,regional hr told me if I can't give business this month then I've to resign otherwise he terminates me.
