I get job security here and am also challenged to learn and grow. Best place to learn and grow. Good and respectful behaviour. Salary always on time, even during Covid. Particularly happy about the work culture and friendly behaviour.

I like everything. Happy to be part of A1.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
