To be very honest there is nothing to liked about, only the place itself is nice but that also due to their other company MKU. Worst place to work at.

Dislikes

Everything. They don't have any management, the worst management in my experience. There is no buddy to assist, nobody to help, nobody to listen to you. They will provide you very less salary in exchange they you want 3-4 people's work from you, they will throw any responsibilities at you, despite that aligns with your KPI or not,they don't give a damn about your career, growth or anything. There are no benefits as such. Most of the employees leave the company within 1-2 months, rest the old people are not at all cooperative. As per their policies office timing is flexible from morning 8 to evening 8, a 9 hours working but that never happened, they want you stay despite your time is over, infact the management specially the director will call meetings intentionally at the time of end of the day. They don't have any salary day, they don't follow any govt rules, asper the rules if the staff strength the salary should be disbursed within 10th day of the month, but it never happened with these organisations, there are months they pay after 20th. They have no business about their employees, they don't bother about employee well-being, they have made many policies, none of which they follow.
