A good institute where the management and the colleagues are quite friendly. It has a very good library open to both students and faculty which provided internet facility as well. It has a full time appointed house keeping staffs who maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the hospital especially in the current COVID-19 situation.

Dislikes

There is nothing to be disliked about at AJ, though there is always a scope for improvement to make the place better than the best!

Work Details

It was a very pleasant experience working in AJ Institute of Dental Sciences. I had colleagues who were very friendly and helpful and the management and the Principal who was very supportive for my career development.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
