Because almost all the staff are in the same categories, so we always help one another thereby making the staffs more friendly. Staff mutual relationship is so cordial.

Dislikes

Owing of staff monthly salaries, poor condition of services and no kind of retirement benefit yet the salary is too poor and always paid as at when due.

Work Details

My work with A&C Engineering is sometimes very hectic because the Managing Director dose not believe in staff and so see the safety of staff and property as solely base of God. Sometimes it can be very great as sometimes after much disagreement he comply
