Company looks good in videos and virtually. But in reality, it's a trap. No support from management before and during COVID 19. Salaries were not paid since Dec. 2019, cleared Dec. And Jan salary in June, 2020. After 6 months. The promoter of the company is dominant on employees and pressurize employees not to take any action

Salaries not paid on time, partly paid after 6 months. Insurances discontinued, which were the committments by company. Lala culture. Now new name website www.oybnow.com. they treat employees as labourer. Mr. Pravin Daryani thinks he is always right. Management gives deaf ear to employees So, join at your own risk.
