There is a reason, why people give priority to MNCs. Bhaskar's work culture needs to be looked out by top management. The HRs role is mere onboarding & doing exit formalities (No greavience or issue resolutions whatsoever). There is no scope for creativity as it is a total sales driven company. So as a creative person, one can feelthat they are doing a thankless jobs for the team (No appreciation whatsoever). The creativity is killed and then they ask for out of box solutions. Its an un-organized company. You will get briefs for solutions on very short notices & you can't even complain as the point directly comes to one's own job to be saved if not done. The creative person will have to work in isolation (No combined brainstorming sessions whatsoever). You will be asked to report to any people without even discussing it with you (a direct email comes from HR team to start reporting to a particular person) . The grapevine of layoffs & job slashing spreads only during the appraisal period wherein the employee doesn't even ask for appraisal as company "is doing a favour" of giving the employee salary & having a job. The work-life balance goes for toes many times (6 days working). The old furniture does not entertain fresh lease of ideas & hence many people are playing their second innings in this organization. It helps to learn many things. I have learned so many new things how to pitch to clients and how to collabrate with them in various different ways . So for starting of your carrer its good. You will learn maximum things here.

Learning is ok but in end what we need is money.. Ofcourse we all are working for that only. But the incentive policies (maximum claws in last line ) not good. Total Incentive is receiving in 6 months and no calcuation is given to you for caluculating your amount. Ever thing is under thier law. We even dont know when you will get incrmenet. How much you are getting. So not getting money upto expected work done. And no personal life balance. No personal life. Othtws for only learining its too good...Read More
