Every single thing. Teammates were extremely judgemental and toxic. Work culture made by the seniors was what encouraged such toxicity. Salary is hand to mouth. Politics is unbearable. Work-life balance is terrible. In the seasons, you don't have any life. In a way, it's good that the company forces you to work and earn lakhs for the company, out of which you get a very small amount.
