Worst Culture and politics ever No job security if you are not Manager favorites and even if you get runner rating they can remove in 6 months and No Hr support silent firing is normal torture on timing for office no work life balance and complete micro management

Working at 5paisa capital helps you to learn finance, trading domain as per projects you work into and provides you growth opportunities role wise also and understand how applications work by doing interactions with multiple applications internally and vendors. Job security is good as they provide opportunities to work in different team if not satisfied with particular TL or project. Other teammates are also supportive and does Tenhincal/Non-Techinal KT sessions weekly for everyone, few festival events and celebrations. There is lot of work pressure as per management as they want to achieve business deliveries and technical improvement, no defects, app performance at same time. So lot of work is there but timeline sometimes are crunched as business teams wants urgent deliveries at short time and many time with incomplete requirements. So work-life balance gets affected as many server related activities happens at weekend and needs 24x7 support if anything breaks on prod. I work as a team lead for one of the projects and need to manage team deliveries and planning of sprints, capacity, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, etc.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
