Too much politics, it's a family business. Too much monopoly of those family members, you need to butter everyone, specially those family members to get promotions and salary hike. South India biased company. Front-end and Back-end team are the worst, full scale politics is going on there, if you're not south Indian or you don't butter them they're going to find some reason or create to kick you out of the company....Read More
