I started my career from this company. My team leader Laxman Patel supported me and gave me training, taught many new things. He was very kind TL. They give 10 days Paid leave in dec. That was great.

Dislikes

Upper management and Human Resource Management was worse. No documentation I got my offer letter after 6 month. It didn't mention that i have to serve notice period. But when I left they didn't do my FNF yet, they didn't provide reliving or experience letter and wasted my one year experience.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
