Be aware that the company pay salaries only if you complete given targets under immense pressure. Many of the employees were employed in the first month and fired in a few weeks because they did not perform. What do you expect in first month of joining as a sales person ? The lack of training given to employees is the main reason the company fails. Really unstable company in terms of long term Job ! please consider again before joining. Company calls the employees to Bangalore with the employees personal expenses and then doesn't reimburse....Read More

Everything is pathetic. The boss literally uses abusive language , there is complete lack of professionalism in communication. Hierarchy levels are not at all good. It's more of who's the boss's favorite.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
