Dislikes

When the person got injured from the road accident, company won't be pay any salary and compensate during that time. More over if the person is from poor family and doesn't have any financial support, then how the employees can be survive without any salary and financial support from the company. This is very bad...

You will not get any increments, rewards nothing. It doesn't matter how hard you work for the growth of the company but I the end of the day you will not get anything in return. Also, they don't pay the Full and Final settlement amount once the leave the organization.
