Dislikes

Compensation is average and growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals. Work Details

Distribution of stocks on day-to-day basis. Administration, Accounting and Operations are maintained by me. I am the only one staff running the depot as an Depot Accountant, who is managing all issues and operations.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Dislikes

Office start time 9.30 am they follow strictly. Closing time 6.30 pm but they not allowed if any dispatches pending due to vehicle reach at warehouse. They not approve Over Time and Dinner expenses. I had worked till midnight 1.30 am. Cheque deposit on daily basis. But conveyance not approve. Some time they ask to work on National Holiday and Sunday without any benefit and NO Comp off
