Likes

Good work culture. Teammates and manager are supportive. Tranning is given every day. Not a hire and fire company. Salary is on time. Give proper 360 degree knowledge.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
