Dislikes

Though the company is great in itself, there are a few points one should consider. First: no role specificity. Being a startup, you might find yourself deeply involved in tasks that does not befit your role. Second: stale career growth. The company does a wonderful job of delivering promising projects. But along the way, a number of steps and methodologies are overlooked in order to save time/money. Since design is an ever-evolving field, now doubly so, constant improvement and testing need to take place to stay relevant along the way. Third: lack of appreciation. The management makes sure to appreciate those who do exemplary job by posting a good message or talking him up. But that's all there is to it.
