When I started it was good, but within a year the culture changed. Learning will be there as it's a small organisation. But by the time I left learning was less.

Poor pay, no growth. Org is in a declining phase. No proper direction from leadership

I loved everything about 24/7. I love to join there back if the salary is good. (I can't expect better salary out there anyway)

Salary is horrible as ever, slow growth....it's takes up to 3-4years, it's based on partiality not based on their capable.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
