Joining 2050 HC one of the most regrettable decision of my life. Management's primary focus seems to be engaging in dirty politics. They replace you with their own people. Despite hardwork and dedication you'll get no increment or recognition of your efforts. The only way to receive a hike in this company is buttering seniors. Salaries are constantly paid late. The lack of reliability is unacceptable. The targets set are excessively high and often unachievable, especially considering the numerous internal problems that hinder productivity and morale. -Salary comes late, you'll get it on 10th-11th of the month -No respect towards the employees, they'll treat you like slave -Forget abt increment, first they hire you at very very low salary -No ethics nothing but they suddenly calls themselves corporate -Company dont have a proper vision -HR manager have no knowledge how to talk how to manage and escalate things, very unprofessional -They will call you anytime to the ofc, will force you to do extra time like they own you -They'll not give you your travel allowance & hold the salary for nothing -Too much internal politics It's better to stay away from this toxic company and it's toxic culture...Read More

One of the worst company i've ever seen in my 8 years of career. they've no idea what they're doing. main thing this company is running under heavy heavy heavy loss but still hiring pharma guys with very high salary who have no idea about the home healthcare operations but no one cares for existing employees who are working sincerely by giving their blood and sweat...... their management is getting changed in every 2-3 months, basically IT guys seating at bhuvanesor, orissa are running this company, also salary comes on 10th of the month. seems like something fishy and mystery about this company....Read More

I learned a lot from working with people with more experience than me.

There was no Sir Pao. Work is just going on. No responsibility, no service which we are promising to the customer and the doctor. We are not giving them that. Example – I have not received the referral amount till date. After leaving the company, I gave many clients.
