My Suggestion is to refrain from joining this company. There is toxic ambience, and full of micro -management by HOD. There is unnecessary pressure for regular local customers visit & outstation visit (purpose less visit, customer don't entertain). You have to location share in whats app during customer visit. If you WFH (work from home), you have to send wfh report like how many email sent, outgoing and incoming and how many calls to the customers, how many incoming & outgoing, and a brief discussion with the customers. all these are excel format. You will be tortured and harassed here. Tour policy is worst, not hygienic. There is no proper office culture. You will degrade your self here....Read More
