People those are good at as*licking, your manager will give you promotion and hikes and esops(which has no value). Manager ke pas team members ki chughli karo he will appreciate it and actively participate in it. Knowledge ki jarurat nahi hai bhai log acting karo kam karne ki bas unko recognition milta hai, jo log actually kam kartehai unko gadhon ki taraha treat kiya jata hai. hr ki bhi Ch*to acha benefit milega, kabhi kabhi vada katalet mngate hai. One more thing i liked about this organization is policies are not for people those are close to upper management baki sab majdoor logo ke liye strictly follow karna hai. Our policies to fix bhi nhi hai kyu ki HR madam ya fir cdo sir ka mood bdal jata hai to policies bhi badal jati hai.
