Good nature and supportive staff,and here no work pressure . Company policies are good and they give good salary and salary on time... from my side if you want to make your career in bpo feild just take work experience from here and make yourself better in feild

I dislike one thing is that i am an senior executive and having a perfect product knowledge but they give trainer opportunity to some one else, and they didnt have any knowledge about product and working as trainer in the process that the point i think like company policies are not good . If there is an position for trainer they have to giving an opportunity to someone who have an knowledge about cx satisfaction or product .... but i enjoy my job and i love to working at there...Read More

I have an 10 month experience and i love my job. Its my first job and totally different from imazination . If you are thinking that you want to learn a communication skills ,soft skill so i recommend that please work at here you gain perfect skills .
