Q2. What is pattellofemoral syndrome
Patellofemoral syndrome is a condition where the patella (kneecap) rubs against the femur (thigh bone), causing pain and discomfort.
Also known as runner's knee
Common in athletes and people who do a lot of physical activity
Symptoms include pain in the front of the knee, especially when bending or squatting
Treatment may include physical therapy, rest, and pain medication
Prevention includes proper warm-up and stretching before physical activity
Q3. Origin insertion of biceps
Biceps originates from the scapula and inserts into the radius.
Originates from the coracoid process of the scapula
Inserts into the radial tuberosity
Assists in flexion of the elbow and supination of the forearm
Consists of two heads - long head and short head
Q4. Perform calf Streching
Calf stretching is important for improving flexibility and preventing injuries.
Stand facing a wall with one foot forward and one foot back
Keep your back leg straight and your heel on the ground
Bend your front knee and lean forward until you feel a stretch in your calf
Hold for 15-30 seconds and repeat on the other side
Do this stretch 2-3 times a day
