Q1. What is the process for calculating the weight of a component?
Ans.
The weight of a component can be calculated by determining its volume and multiplying it by the density of the material.
Calculate the volume of the component using appropriate geometric formulas (e.g. for a cube, V = l*w*h).
Determine the density of the material the component is made of (e.g. steel has a density of 7850 kg/m^3).
Multiply the volume by the density to get the weight of the component (Weight = Volume * Density).
