Good policies lack proper implementation and company strategy is not consistent. Several projects are lauched but success is very low which is result of poor strategy. It is difficult to connect to company

Cost cutting is more which in turn will be difficult when we take decisions at the time of doing events or installing things. Old government style of working, no tools provided

Lateral employees will struggle for promotions, they only give promotions to GET/PGET. Need to work in shift for design department.

I have worked religiously with the company for 11 months. Suddenly I have recieved a call that, from tommorow you don't need to come to office. Same happened with my 13-14 colleagues. Overall working with cars24 was good but in terms of job security. I would like to give poor. Management doesn't judge you by perfomance, they judge you by your source and authority.
